Shipping policy

When selecting to ship your order (as opposed to in-store/curbside pickup), we will take the utmost care to ensure that your item(s) arrive safely.  

In the event of an item arriving unusable due to damage in shipping, please contact us at [email protected]. Please be prepared to share photos of the item and photos of the shipping container and label so that we can further your claim with the shipping carrier in question.
