Portmeirion

Portmeirion Pottery was founded in 1960 by Susan Williams-Ellis and her husband Euan Cooper-Willis. While originally intended to be sold within the Portmeirion village in North Wales that Susan's father, Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, built and created, Susan's uniquely decorated pieces became increasingly popular. The iconic Botanic Garden collection was originally launched in 1972 and retains its popularity throughout the years.
