Return Policy

Please make all returns within 14 days of original purchase.

Merchandise returned unsealed, without packaging, boxes, wrappers, labels, tags or merchandise not in original condition* may be refused.

The following items are sold final sale and are not returnable; credits will not be issued.

  • Clearance and Holiday merchandise
  • Merchandise sold at discount in “as-is” condition is considered clearance and not returnable.
  • Consumable items (e.g. food)
  • Vintage and Estate items are not returnable and are sold “as-is”.

Jewelry is only returnable for store credit or exchange and must be done so within 14 days of purchase.

Without a Receipt or with a Gift Receipt

At manager’s discretion, a store credit will be issued for items returned without an original sales receipt. Items purchased at discounted prices will receive credit for sale price only. Items returned with a gift receipt fall under these terms.

With a Receipt

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of purchase with an original sales receipt via original payment method:

  • Cash refunds for cash purchases
  • Cash refunds for check purchases, after seven business days (pending check approval).
  • Charge accounts will be credited for credit card purchase, must present original card with same card number.

The refund issued will be at the sale price if the items were discounted.

Items returned after 14 days will be accepted at manager’s discretion and only for store credit. Management reserves the right to refuse return of merchandise without any receipt.

Special Orders and Layaways

Deposits on special orders and layaways are non-refundable. Management reserves the right to refuse return of personalized or specialty items after they have been ordered. Other re-stocking or cancellation penalties may apply. Promotional prices are not applicable to special orders or layaways.


*Original condition by definition means the item has not been worn, scratched, soiled or disconnected from its labels, tags and packaging. For our purposes items returned with an outside odor (ex: smoke or perfume) will be considered soiled and refused return.
